webutilitypro.com is run by a small team of developers. There is no ticketing system and no chatbot: messages go to a mailbox that a person reads. We aim to answer within two business days.

Please do not attach confidential documents to support emails. If a file fails to convert, describe the file type, its approximate size and the exact message you saw; that is usually enough for us to reproduce the problem.
A tool is broken
Tell us which tool, what you uploaded (type and size, not the file itself) and what happened. Include the browser and device if the page itself misbehaved.
Privacy or abuse
Questions about how files are handled are answered in our Privacy Policy; anything it does not cover, ask. Reports of misuse of the service are read first.
Suggestions
Missing a conversion or an option? Say what you were trying to do. Several tools on the site exist because someone asked for them.
Before you write
- Uploaded files are deleted from our server automatically after 60 minutes. We cannot recover a file you did not download in time; please convert it again.
- A PDF that asks for a password must be unlocked with the Unlock PDF tool before it can be merged, split or converted. We cannot remove passwords we do not have.
- The guides explain what each tool can and cannot do, and the offline alternatives for sensitive documents.
